I love the cabinets flooring and counter tops!!!

Thank you, this project has a special place in our hearts as well!

The cabinet is from Seville Cabinetry http://sevillecabinetry.com/ and the color is "FROST", a cold white with a little gray in it.

The tile is a white ceramic Arabesque mosaic. It was a customer's-own pick that she got for an affordable price at Home Depot. I do not know the manufacturer, so sorry.

A picture would be nice to view. I have a forgotten area in my yard as well. It became so overgrown with weeds that last year that after pulling out everything, we used a bunch of non-matching pavers we had left over from some jobs, and I purchased others, to create a sitting area. The next door neighbor's ground ivy has made a home in that corner of my yard, so we made trellises for it to climb on, LOL. We also built a paver fire pit and placed some benches on the patio, and around it. You don't need to use cushions all the time. It turned out to be an area my husband loves to sit in now. Around this now bricked-in corner we use annuals in various pots to add color. It still needs work, but everything around here is a "work in progress", LOL.

What is your budget? I am partial to blinds from Lutron that provide privacy and a view and have battery operated controls for automated operation for retrofits but they are pricy. Hunter Douglas has a fabulous selection of window coverings and then there are always options such as JC Penny's. As for color and style, I suggest you establish a budget and then investigate options in your price range, this will narrow down your search considerably.

It looks very good James. Even though as you say it was a clients design build, it works fine. Once the Island has stools it will fill it out better. Has that naked look at the moment. The position of the wine rack might cause issues but overall it looks like a really clean and fresh kitchen. Plenty of natural light and the colours compliment each other. The extractor is a nice feature too. Everyone has different opinions as I see on here but if the client is happy with it then job done. Looks really well fitted too.....well done :)

Hello all, looking for some advice please. My 2 up 2 down had an extension tacked on the end back before planning regs came in to place. It houses kitchen, utility and bathroom. There is no garden, just a little alley way and the rooms are quite dark. I’d love to reconfigure to turn the kitchen and and dining to one, but not sure what to do about the bathroom. I can’t afford to move it upstairs. Is it worth trying to put it under the stairs area or should I leave it? Any tips? dining to one bigger room but stick
