Large chimney breast, how to finish living room?

Hi all,
We are in the process of renovating a 1980's two storey house.
I'm looking at the large living room at the moment, the chimney breast has been blocked and we plan to break it back out and add a stove.

Room Size:
The chimney breast is very wide and quite shallow so I am not sure how best to finish it without the stove looking lost....
We will be putting down new white skirting and architraves. Going with dark walnut wood flooring.
