where to buy shower head/ faucet

I absolutely love the bath faucet/ shower head where can I purchase this or something similar? We have the same tile in our bathroom!

    THis is a cheap, Chinese fixture from eBay. I would not recommend it but it looks great and has been working fine for about 5 years now.
