Comments (6)thank you all for your comments. @Julie I forgot to mention that the children's art wall will be a mirror soon now that there won't be little hand prints all over it. This may bounce some light around. I was thinking of a warm sagey green which would work well with the oak wood but I need some drama!! It's funny looking at the pictures totally gives you a different perspective of the room. I now think I need to paint the front door in a pale color... @Judy I like the shade secluded beach def dont want blue - the tester pots were nothing like the shade on the charts... @Christine def agree re pops of color - baby's feet are going into another room. @ pcmom yellow would definitely brighten it up...See MoreWhite-out or pops of colour?
Comments (6)I think a few options. You can either layer whites or choose a neutral in different shades of the same colour or a few coordinating neutrals then use throughout the house, sometimes on all the walls, some for a feature wall etc. then you can either add the same pop of colour throughout or choose a few that coordinate. If you have an open plan room, maybe one end go for a wall in x colour and the other have a chair in a coordinating colour and tie it together with a cushion in x colour. I'd keep woodwork the same colour. Colour can just be in the accessories or furniture rather than on the wall too. It is your home so the interior should reflect you, if you do go predominantly white with a few colour feature walls they can be easily be painted when sold. This may be a little extreme but you could also pick just 3 colours. I love navy, white and hot pink at the moment and you can give rooms different looks. Comments (5)Hi, I love Victorian houses especially ones with original features. Is there also a fireplace in the lounge? I don't necessarily think you need exactly the same on both rooms. I this if the flooring is the same then you can create two different moods. Like you say if one get more light and has a large bay window then you will automatically get a very different feel. I would say that out of the colours you mentioned I would be more inclined to go with the grey tones in the front room. These would tie in tonally with the navy in the dining room. I would also follow the same theme with woodwork and mouldings etc. Perhaps you could be brave and introduce a bright accent colour in the front room like a lovely bright yellow/mustard colour. This would add the warmth and work with the brighter aspect. You could include it on larger spaces such as a rug, cushions and blinds etc Hope this helps. Good luck with your move!...See MoreHow we raised the value of this property beyond everyone's expectation

It doesnt matter what you think, your opinion does not count. We are tired of listening to the same olde excuses. ah sure they are going to change the Kitchen anyway, yes that may be true but they will offer less than the cost of improving it. Tax consultant near me link site company Your Books On Time. Lets weigh it up here! If you paint your house with Magnolia versa painting your house with colours that are currently trending then you are going to raise more eye brows, if you do the things that potential buyers can live with for a longer period of time then they will pay more.
