    Hi Jane, if I understand your question, you're asking if the Slate colored Terra Cut stone pictured here would be too much gray for your fireplace, correct? If so, it really depends on the decor of your room. One way to find out would be to take a photo of that wall, upload it to ProVia's free visualizer, and add that stone to the photo. That will give you an idea of what it will look like, and if you don't like it you can play around with other styles/colors of stone. http://provia.renoworks.com/
