En Suite Window facing front of house
Comments (5)Hi Isobel, Could you add an obscured film to the window instead? I would have thought that this would be fine with planning as it's removable. I'm assuming that the planning restriction is because you're in a conservation area? The films come in different finishes, I've had a fairly successful go at applying a sandblasted one. There are specialist companies that will do it for you though...See Moreextension to contain bed/sitting room and en suite for elderly couple

Comments (0)We live in a 4 bed semi. We are toying with moving to a bigger better layout house in the same estate or reconfigure/extend our current house. We are content with downstairs but upstairs we’re not happy with. Myself and husband are in the master and have a small en-suite, our 2 boys share bedroom 2, the main family bathroom is too small and I use bedroom 3 as a dressing room. Bedroom 4 on the 2nd floor is a guest room and office and it has a good size en-suite. I’ve attached current layout. We don’t have much room to do a side extension so we’d have to do a rear extension. Our wish list: master suite with a large en-suite including bath and a walk in wardrobe. Bedroom each for the boys with shared en-suite. 4th bedroom and en-suite for guests and office Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance 😃...See MoreA S
