Need help for my tiny study

Hi, we have a small spare room right under the roof (it is nota converted attic, the house was built like that in the first place).
The room is 240 cm wide by 270 cm lenght.
My dream would be to fit a desk and a chair / sofa bed but maybe I am asking too much? The door opens next to an in bult tiny wardrobe and there is a window on one side .... so essentially there are only 2 free walls and the ceiling is low and sloping for one side. Would have otherwise thought about a loft bed....
Any expert in designing tiny spaces?

Btw the room is now used as a sort of laundry room... but I am ready to sacrifice the chores for a bit of art :).

Thanks! Yeah I tried to rotate the bed so the headboard would be opposite the radiator but it meant the wardrobe doors wouldn't open. I may need to change the bed frame to include storage space alright but it would need to add height not width which is tricky to find ready made. I like the idea of a loft bed but since it's rented I don't think I could really do anything that involves attaching to walls...

Hi. I think the overall look is good. Large tiles do make a room feel bigger as the pattern is less busy however I've seen the hex tiles in small bathrooms and they seem to work as your inspiration pic shows. I would probably lose the flowers though if I'm honest. Do you want the window for light or ventilation? Could a decent extractor be sufficient? I'm thinking that back ŵall could look quite busy. Is there any opportunity to change the layout? Moving soil pipes can be a little costly but could the sink be moved although ideally the loo would be hidden round the corner. You can pick up some great looking vintage or vintage style taps on ebay although unsure if the quality of the repro ones, If the layout can't be changed maybe have a corner loo and ŵall hung trough sink and put some storage in on the rhs as you come through the door depending on how you plan for the shower to open
