Kellet residence mezzanine stairs!

I love the stairs you created with storage. Can you provide a little more detail on how you did this? I have a small mezzanine floor at a height of 2.2m and have about 1.4/1.5 metres across to use for the ladder. I would love to do something similar to make good use of the space.
