Thank you! Color was a custom mix/match by the homeowner so we unfortunately do not have a specific reference to provide.

I almost bought this house before it was first renovated. Pre- 2nd story. Corner of Mimosa and The Plaza. It sits nicely on that lot. Great azaleas in the spring.

I'd look for something that looks great with the irisses in the windows, the colors at least. Something Art Nouveau or Art Deco, botanical, floral. Metallic silver/beige will reflect lots of light. But I would leave the low stairs' walls (rail) as they are (painted offwhite) and only paper on the high wall leading up and the wall without stairs (opposite side). If the wall is in good shape, no need for complete paneling, just use a chair rail and paper the part above it. Or do you want planks/panels to show?

I'd go for a warm light grey picking out the colour in the stone fire surround - have a look at Little Green Paint company's Portland Stone it comes in three depths of colour and looks beautifully restful. Then dress it with natural plants!
