Hi

We are putting a small extension on the back of our house. It is an old council house so has a bit of a funny shape. We are trying to decide the best kitchen/dining room layout to have.

The existing shape of the kitchen is 11ft 9 in wide current back wall and 14ft 8 inch long right hand wall and 8ft 6 inch on the left hand wall.

There door / corridor leading into the existing kitchen is on the left hand side is circa 3ft 6 inches wide and over 5ft long

We are adding an extension to the full back of the house which will comprise a downstairs wc at the back of the downstairs bedroom which is to the left of the exisitng kitchen. The balance of the extension will add on to back of the kitchen will be and extra 10 foot length and will be 15ft wide

We want to have double French doors leading out into the back garden to let in extra light but other than that we are unsure as to the best kitchen/dining area layout. Any thoughts suggestions welcome
