Thank you guys. I went to the carpet showroom today and the guy there was not very helpful. Just threw a few books at me. So I am none the wiser really. But there would not be as much selection here in Ireland as what you would have in the states. I won't give up though, I saw a few ones with speckles on it and they were nice but I think I will hold out for the pattern ones if I see them. Maybe what I want is not out there..... Wont see any dirt, only have to Hoover once a week, no foot marks and light in color ??

Hi I am new to Houzz & beginner when it comes to DIY but eager to take on this bedroom project myself. Room size is width 4.1 m, length 3.3 m. I have built in wardrobes but don’t like the colour & door design. Any ideas on what I can do to them or should I just buy new doors? I like neutral colour schemes but not sure what to pick to go with my dresser, locker & bed. Also love the view from our bedroom window (east facing) and would like to capture light as much as possible, but also feel cosy & warm. Some pics attached for reference. Any ideas / inspo greatly appreciate 😀

Personally i dont think either of the options on the table will work. You cant fit a 1.6m space behind the bed because the space between the foot of the bed and the window will be too small. I’m not sure the joiners suggestion works either because the dividing wall will visually cut the window so it will feel odd. i think that you should be considering expanding into bedroom 2
