I love the small wooden chair to the right of the photo

I have a similar chair of my grandmothers, and I'm looking for that kind of fabric to use to recover it. Please would you tell me what fabric is on the chair? Many thanks

Hey popsie1191 the chair is from Sam Moore :) Here is a link to their current fabric's, but I don't think this one is still available. I did the project about 3 years ago. :( sorry I'm not more helpful.

I don't know whether your family enjoys watching the weather the way mine does. Often we will go sit on the porch and watch storms approach and enjoy the lightning show and thunder. I find that having a big window to watch the weather out of makes me appreciate being snug and warm on a cold winter day when the snow is falling. It is also nice to have deep windowsills I can place my plants on where they can get sun. If I don't have deep windowsills, I like to have a built in bookshelf or something under the windows to give me that space.

I must say I find the tall ones , a bit disproportionate to the rest , try it with one third off, (the top sheets) and lets see . I would then align the middle tall one(now reduced) to the bottom of the one next to it ,then I would also reduce the distance between all the frames to about 4" in between. Even if the display is not the whole length of the stairs, as long as the distance at the bottom of the stairs is the same as the distance at the top of the stairs, it will work,

I love the cabin in the woods, its a intimate setting where you are drawn to the outside whilst keeping snug indoors. The use of fabrics sets it apart from the usual cold designs of other modern rooms. The attention detail in the selection of furniture pieces keeps it modern yet functional.
