Just a quick note to thank you all for sharing your thought, ideas, experience and time. I especially want to thank Bluenan and decoenthusiaste for being with me through the all process for the last 6 months or so..., just wanted to post few photos of the results (https://www.houzz.com/discussions/any-ideas-for-final-touches-to-this-living-dinning-room-dsvw-vd~569586) as I feel it is not only me who created this space but it is your creations as much as mine. It may not be perfect or according to the the "Rules", but it is Me and my family. Each and every piece was chosen by me in different parts of the world and each one of them has a unique story behind. I am very pleased with my space. I love it! I am very blessed. .... and so I am off to my new project now... Back to school.... that's really going to be hard ;) Thank you all, once again.

Sorry pics not great only discovered this section of Houzz yesterday and in my excitement id posted before Id even finished the sentence.The second picture down is from the opposite side of room where there is a blank divider wall. 10ft tall wall fit for dresser large picture ,furniture and so on.Kitchen has a couch TV and dining space so didn't want to use sunroom for any of that really as I don't need a formal dining table.I had thought of the queen Ann chair look with the low coffee table maybe a run underneath but after that I am a bit lost ,like the idea of the lamps for affect.Thank you for your responses.

Hello Houzz Ireland, We are currently renovating a 1960's build - so as you know, there is a lot of decisions to be made!! So it would be nice to get some gems of advice from the experts to help us through this daunting task. Areas where we would really like some inspiration for - small bathroom downstairs. I would really like to do something fun with this room and although small, I think it could work really well with some funky wallpaper or possibly tiles?! I'm just not sure what to do with it. Also - pulling a whole house together?! Where do we start? We have the bigger pieces of furniture but how do I know what nest of tables goes best with a suite? Or what accessories will bring a room together? I'm due a second baby in 2 weeks time so any help at this stage would be so amazing - to guide me on the right interior design path for our new house. no idea on utility. but what about twisting the kitchen 90degrees. have it all longways so when washing am looking out the big windows not out the smaller one. you still have the island just twist it too and move the cooker to sink area by the wall. island can be for rolling dough when baking bread. that frees up space along the upper wall for built in washing machine dont see how to build a utitly room tho :( put in some in-wall sliding doors so you dont need the big space for living room door opening. use a two piece corner door for the toilet as that surely will be hard having the door and front door open at same time.
