Help with downstairs flooring dilemma
Comments (1)You could do a black paint trim over the wooden bits. It would go with the work tops. But not so much with the creamy doors; Or get all of the kitchen units spray painted white? I think if you try to match the floor with the wood of the units in the kitchen you may leave yourself open to a mismatch or even just an overload of wood. I didn't feel there was enough black there as the island top kind of took me by surprise on first seeing it. But could you remove that granite altogether and see how it looks then? Comments (0)I have lovely limestone floor tiles in my kitchen (20 years old) that are a bit damaged and the stone seal has worn off. Bits of the old grout have cracked and fallen out and so I contacted a stone restoration company who have given me a good quote for cleaning, honing and resealing the floor, but they wont replace the grout.I want to try and get this done before the repairs but am not sure if there are any companies who do this? Or individuals? Do I have to tackle it myself or does anyone know who I would get to do the job? Hope someone can advise me......See More
