How do you water the area with grass and stones and furniture over it?

I believe the homeowner covers the furnishings; the irrigation system waters this area as a separate zone.

I think it is a great space, and I would love to have that on my new property in the near future. Right now, we have a small space and have something similar using square concrete pavers. So I am going to come back and revisit houzz soon.

HI Keerthi, the project turned out well, apart from the main house, I built a 9m x 6m building which I split in 2. The front 4.5m x 6m area is used for pressuried water system, gas burner and a multi fuel burner all to one side and fuels to the other. The is a door going into rear of building the same size. Theres a 3m wide by 1.2m window to the back of the bulding looking out into the garden with a glass door to the side. Its a fabulous plastered games room and may be used as a music practice room at some stage. There is a 600m floored attic for storage. I didnt get any feedback off site but still get great ideas for finishes within Houzz. Regards

Lovely, much better than the 3D plan. V glad you kept your patterned floor tiles, I really like them. It's all come together very attractively. The only thing I'd change and this is just because I'm a colour freak is the pendants - I'd probably have made those red and orange or something. But congrats really, it looks great.

A15) @Dara Cooke: If you can't afford a quartz or granite worktop from day one then I would recommend using a laminate worktop as a temporary solution. If you don't put tiles up as a backsplash then replacing the worktops can be relatively easy in a couple of years.
