Need help with paint colours

I need to choose paint colour for kitchen cabinets, it is very large south facing open plan kitchen/living room! The floor tiles are Crema marfil light and the countertop is a cream quartz with a white striae going through it! Need colours for walls, skirtings/architrave and ceiling also!?!?!

Because you already have your various cream/white elements in the room, it's important that you select and test colours within your space, to see what blends perfectly. Are you looking for a neutral scheme?

I would go for a stone colour so not too dissimilar to what you've got. Little Greene does a good stone colour too but will work out a bit expensive. This is Oxford stone by farrow and ball. If you were doing the windows and front door then maybe an old white with door and windows in french grey

Thanks jacksplash, was going dark but I have floorboards painted the same colour as the stairs is currently, on the landing too and these would then have to be dark also. Worried in case that would make the whole space too dark. Today I was considering a colour darker than the marble on the wall but somewhere on that tone, which could work better upstairs. Questions, questions??? It's the last place to be painted since the renovations but painters leaving next week so I need to get a move on
