“I was in the middle of a bathroom remodel and needed a floor tile for my project. Jim and Bob both helped me tremendously. Jim knew I was in a hurry and checked stock on all the tiles I was considering (I didn't have to ask; Jim was already on it). He educated me on the pros and cons of different materials I was considering and gave his input on my overall design.
