“We engaged Bathworks to remove a corner bath from a small ensuite bathroom and replace it with a shower unit. Initially we didn't see the potential that we had for creating a luxurious wet-room but when Ken and Louise came up with a design that involved relocating the WC to an opposite wall we were sold on the idea. We were given an estimate of eight working days and the project was completed in 8 1/2 days. All the tradesmen that we had on-site were extremely courteous and professional and very clean workers. We had a beige carpet on the stairs and landing that we were initially a bit concerned about, but we needn't have worried - it was fully covered every morning before work started. The standard of the work and attention to detail is very high, as it should be for a premium product. When we saw all the preparation work that takes place in terms of waterproofing etc. before the tiling goes down we appreciated why the costs are what they are. We had a couple of small issues after the work was completed that were resolved with a smile by Louise and Brian and we have a good feeling that if if there are any issues in the future (which we don't expect!) we will get great follow-up service. We have another bathroom that will be coming up for renovation in the near future and we will almost certainly use Bathworks for that. Very satisfied customers!”

“We had a number of jobs completed to a very high standard in our house. We were very impressed with the service provided from start to finish. We had new wood flooring installed, new kitchen counter top and backsplash fitted as well as floor tiling in two bathrooms. We were veery happy with the end result.”
