    “Being new to this market I had to start from scratch to find a pool builder. I interviewed multiple companies and looked at their work in the area. What I noticed was a commonality in pool shapes and finishes. In other words, they looked very similar. This was not what I wanted. Interviewed Emerald Pools and found them to be very creative in the design process. They provided a comprehensive scaled rendering that contained all elements. Throughout the building phase, this company was extremely professional, responsive meeting all timelines. The Owner was involved in the process from beginning to end. The finished product is a truly unique pool and deck design featuring custom stonework that I have not seen in this market. Highly recommend Emerald Pools.”

    “New pool design and construction. Kevin Foley did a great job designing a pool that would fit into the space and looks great. Overall project was very good and completed within the time frame quoted. Quality of the finished product was excellent even after the issues with the stone work. They would have received five stars except for the stone sub-contractor. During the stonework there seemed to be a disconnect between what we wanted and what got done. Had to have several coping stones replaced due to cuts in the surface. Then had to have the scuppers cut out and repaired due to leaking through the back of the wall. Found out later that the stone contractor subbed the work out to another company, explains the disconnect. Even though the stone contractor had issues, Foley did a great job of remedying the problems in a timely manner and I would still recommend them.”

    “Excellent, professional work. We had a complete remodel on our pool and the people at Summerhill kept us informed of each step and we on the job when they said they would be. We had an issue a year after the completion (a water issue, nothing that they had/had not done) and they were right on top of it. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone having any pool work done.”

    “I cannot say enough good things about Tile Concepts. They exceeded my expectations in every aspect. I did a re-plaster and complete remodel of my pool. This was not the cheapest company but was price competitive - not the most expensive either. The owner has decades of experience and his crews are the best. I was amazed at their proficiency as I watched various phases of the project. The best reason to use this company is the owner. He is not afraid to roll up his sleeves and personally make sure every detail is being done to his standards. He was always present - I kept seeing him over and over again - It was incredible. He is easy to communicate with - text, phone, or in person. He stays on top of every detail. The day my pool was filling was Christmas day. He came by to check on it and add chemicals. Who would demonstrate this type of commitment? I absolutely love my new pool. He gave great ideas and suggestions to help us arrive at the finished product. The crews cleaned up after the job was done. When I put in this pool 10 years ago, I went with the lowest cost and boy did I regret it. If you want to really love your pool you won't be disappointed with this company. I honestly don't have anything I wish they'd done better or different. Worth every penny”
