“This is the company you are looking for if you want an A+ design, installation and service of your household control/media system. They were very good at helping me decide what control and media features I wanted to have in my house, and they were very knowledgeable about the latest and best hardware available to provide those features. The installers were friendly, courteous and neat, and their installations were perfect. I've never seen connection wiring done so well. They even noticed and cleaned up problems with previously installed equipment. They were also very accommodating of the schedule for other contractors in the house. As my new control/media system started to come on-line, there was ample opportunity to discuss and try out variations in the programming that made it more suitable for my use. Whenever I had an issue or a question there was always a very fast response, no matter the time of day or the day of the week. I look forward to having them maintain my system and keep me informed about new capabilities in the future. I highly recommend Cutting Edge Systems for those who are putting together a top-tier system.”

Brad Smith's people at Audio Video Design are simply outstanding. They are some of the best technical people I’ve dealt with...I found the attention that we got very focused, very timely. They worked in cadence with the rest of the construction of the home and did a magnificent job over what was essentially a two-and-a-half year project. And they stuck with it every day.
