“My wife and I were in need of a new roof at our home in York County. We reached out to four of our neighbors on our street that had already used Lancaster Roofing Co. All four had very positive experiences with Melvin and his team at LRC, so we gave him a call. Melvin was responsive and prompt in coming out to look at our roof and providing a fair estimate. It was an easy decision to go with Melvin as we e-mailed many questions about the process and options to him and he always provided quick answers. We had our new roof installed around Thanksgiving of 2018 and could not be happier! The roof looks great and the Melvin was super pleasant to work with. He is a hard worker that provides quality craftsmanship and great customer service. Since LRC uses the "Equipter" device to raise and lower old roofing debris and new roofing materials to the roof, it helps protector your siding/windows and landscaping from damage. LRC was also able to make two repairs to the plywood underneath our old roof that were causing us issues. The project went smoothly even though the crew had to work in chilly/windy weather part of the time. We highly recommend Lancaster Roofing Co if you are looking for excellent work at a fair price and want to work with a quality business owner. E Stauffer”

“Vera Construction is fantastic! I met Angel several years ago when I needed my roof replaced after a storm. Angel and his crew did an excellent job, tearing off the old roof, replacing damaged underlayment and completing the job on time. I recently had a gutter come down during another storm and contacted Vera Construction. Angel’s partner, Jack came out, explained what needed to be done I also asked him to replace the wood around the garage doors and cap them with aluminum. He gave me a quote, which I accepted. Jack and his helper completed the work in one day and cleaned everything up. My wife and I are very happy with the results. The gutters look like crown molding and blend well with the house and the garage looks great. I am getting two more roofing quotes from them for my daughters and another family member. If you are looking for good craftsmanship and an honest reliable contractor, call Vera Construction.”
