“We had a leaking hot water heater on a saturday morning that couldn't wait to be removed until monday. So, I called Jaydan and and left a message. The call back came from the owner while he was on vacation. He wanted to make sure we got taken care of and made arrangments to have our hot water heater replaced on sunday. Never had a company respond so quickly. Nice job Jaydan!”

Our water main pipe in front of our house broke on a Saturday afternoon and he was there right away to get the ball rolling on all the details that have to take place to remedy the issue. Work couldn't start til Monday morning, but he had everything lined up and ready to go so that the job was complete and we got our water back!!”

“Dave came exactly when he said he would. Assessed what needed to be done to fix a low pressure issue with my shower and got right into fixing the problem. I had another plumber in that looked at everything and left saying he would need to think about it. Dave was amazing! identified the problem and stayed until it was taken care of. I couldn’t be happier! I will definitely use him again in the future!”

“I have been using Kook & Son for all my household plumbing, including routine maintenance and major repairs, since I bought my Jersey City condo in 2005. They are great. Mr. Kook might be the only businessman left in America who answers his own phone. They show up when they promise, are very responsive in case of emergency, and alway fix what's wrong the first time with a minimum of fuss and mess. All of their technicians are knowledgeable and easy to have in my home. I highly recommend the local family-owned business.”
