Along with their adult sons, they adhere to best practices as if their lives (and livelihood) depend upon it. Amy once told me that, even when unlikely to be seen when concealed behind a wall, their pipes are installed "plumb, square and true." Most recently, I called Quality 1st on behalf of a client who had a backed-up kitchen sink. David Tcimpidis provided same-day service and cleared the clogged line before the elderly client knew there was an issue. Recommendations and guidance for purchasing plumbing fixtures are trustworthy, too. I once paid Quality 1st to install my internet purchased Pfister plumbing fixtures against their advice and learned the hard way that, although the fixtures were beautifully designed, the quality fit and finish simply was not there. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. As long as they are in business and I live in this area, I will use no other plumber.”
