“Had a new hot water heater installed in an older home (rental property). They encountered additional problems which necessitated a return visit to complete the job. They were very professional, clean, and got the job done even though working in a small space, without running water (that day) and no A/C! Even offered us cold water as we waited in the heat : )”

“The guys at Horizon Plumbing were very courteous and took pride in their job. They were respectful of my home (even wore the booties on their shoes) and had to isolate where the leak in the pipe was coming from. They warned me they would have to cut a hole into the sheetrock to get to the leak, and they also cleaned up after themselves. Within a few minutes they were able to pinpoint what the root cause was and give me a quote on the fix before doing the work. I would hire Horizon again if I encounter another plumbing issue, these guys were gentlemen -- they showed professionalism, were very knowledgable and I thought their pricing was very reasonable.”

“I had a leak under my slab in my master bathroom. I had many companies come to my home and tell me it was going to cost me an arm and a leg to fix. I called the number I found on the internet Cliff answered the phone who I found out later is the actual owner of the company! Not some lady sitting behind a desk. I called him and he came out quickly which surprised me greatly after being on waiting lists for weeks with other companies. He came out find the leak and offered a much lower price than anyone else. I had him start the work and he killed the line under the house and ran a new line in my attic. He took only a day to complete everything. He cleaned his mess up so well you would never be able to tell he was ever in my home. I will recommend him to everyone that ever needs a plumber. Top service and truly a master of his trade.”

“The fellows Todd & Darrel were so nice, very nice and extremely honest. I needed a structural engineer and they told me better that I find one other wise they would have to mark up the price. The next morning todd called and told me they did not have they worked with so it was good if I just found one then told me how and what to look for. So when it is all completed i will update.”

“I contacted P & P Plumbing to locate the source of a water leak in my yard. I contacted them & was promptly given a day & time that they could be there. I had to work around my neighbors schedule since I was unable to be home for the entire appointment. The receptionist Carol was so kind & helpful to work around this schedule which rarely or never ever happens with company's now days. Usually companies come when they come & too bad for you! They were there at the exact time they said they would be & the plumber was the nicest young man, clean & respectful. I spoke with him briefly before leaving for work. I was called at work at 8:30 & told what was done, & what I needed to do. My neighbor Don told me that he went right to work & didn't tarry to complete the work. I was charged only for the time he was there & not rounded up to the highest amount. They were a Christian company with kind & honest, clean employees. I will always contact them for any other problem I have. There should be more companies like this. I would love for them to be recognized for their service !”
