“Finally found a competent, reliable, and honest guy to service my plumbing requirements. I thought I'd have to replace a broken faucet handle with a complete set of hardware. Steve came in and repaired just the handle and saved me the cost of a new faucet and installation at a very reasonable price. He was on time, efficient, clean and fast. In and out in under an hour. So hard to find honest reliable tradesmen. This guy is a keeper!”

“We had an emergency situation at our home. We called Avon Plumbing and Heating. They had a technician at our house within the hour to troubleshoot. We needed a new well pump. As this was late in the day, they diagnosed the problem and stated they would have a team at our house the next morning. This was on a Friday evening. The next morning (Saturday) at 8:30 AM, the owner and a senior technician arrived at our home and went right to work. Within 2 hours, they had replaced the well pump and we were back in business. Simply put, their response was nothing short of OUTSTANDING. Highly recommend them.”

“We were converting our home heating from oil to gas. Interviewed a few plumbing contractors. Chose Lynbrook plumbing and Heating and am very glad we did. They are knowledgable, professional, neat and do an all around great job. The workers were top notch and Phil, the owner, could not have been more helpful as well as pleasant...always a plus for any improvement job. Any concerns of mine were immediately addressed. We are extremely pleased with our choice and would highly recommend this company.”

“I have used Pro Plumbing, and owner, Matt Forbotnick for several projects. He installed a water heater late on a Friday to be sure I had hot water for the weekend and did not charge me when I ordered the wrong size and he had to pick up another one on his way (and return the first one he paid to be delivered so he could start the job sooner). When my old kitchen faucet needed to be replaced, he gave me great info on what to select/not select at the store so I got the exact style I wanted with the quality a professional would choose. He also replaced a toilet with one he selected and delivered himself. It is a highly rated toilet yet his price was very reasonable. (It is the best functioning one in the house). He also had the attention to detail to ask for my preference on color of the caulk. He is always clean, friendly and I am always comfortable with him in my home. I plan to renovate the master bathroom and will be calling him for that job, too.”

“We had Leslie install some new faucets in our bathrooms. She helped us pick the right faucets and we were very happy with how well they worked. Leslie is a very easy going person to work with. She made sure that everything was in order before installing the faucets. She explained how important it was to make sure that our main water valves were in proper working order before any work was completed. She also landed up installing new water shut offs under one sink because they were old and leaking. I am so happy to have her as our plumber. It's great to deal with a woman because my wife felt a lot more comfortable and you can't beat that!”

“John and his crew were amazing! Our water main pipe in front of our house broke on a Saturday afternoon and he was there right away to get the ball rolling on all the details that have to take place to remedy the issue. Work couldn't start til Monday morning, but he had everything lined up and ready to go so that the job was complete and we got our water back!!”
