“We needed a plumber in a hurry because we suddenly had no water. They came out the same day in a matter of hours and remedied the situation. They explained the problem in laymen's terms and then elaborated more in detail. They warned us of problems that we might have down the road since our well pump was nearing the 20 year mark. They came out again when we had problems, this time on a weekend after we left a message on their emergency line. Usually leaving a message on a weekend means that they might get back to you on Monday during normal business hours. Not A & B Luck-they returned our phone call within the hour!!”

“I heard that this was a great company so I called them when I had a plumbing issue last fall. First contact with customer service was very professional with rep taking time to understand my needs. Their Service Dispatcher called me back promptly to get my job scheduled. JW showed up to do the plumbing work on time and did a super job with a good attitude and caring personality. I received a call the day after from customer services ensuring I was satisfied. I would definitely would recommend JR Snider Plumbing.”
