“We had an emergency situation at our home. We called Avon Plumbing and Heating. They had a technician at our house within the hour to troubleshoot. We needed a new well pump. As this was late in the day, they diagnosed the problem and stated they would have a team at our house the next morning. This was on a Friday evening. The next morning (Saturday) at 8:30 AM, the owner and a senior technician arrived at our home and went right to work. Within 2 hours, they had replaced the well pump and we were back in business. Simply put, their response was nothing short of OUTSTANDING. Highly recommend them.”

They send you a confirmation of the time..who your service worker will be and their picture! How cool is that! My service worker was Chris! I got a phone call saying Chris was done with previous job and could be there in about a half hour! Chris arrived shortly! He introduced himself went to look at the project and gave me plenty of options on products and pricing! I never felt strong-armed,.I always felt all decisions were mine! Chris got to work and was totally professional! He had a great work ethic and great sense of humor ! I appreciate both! Before long the job was done and the horrible situation was behind me! If I ever need a plumbing job done I am calling Ray Page FIRST!!!!! I think I will ask for Chris to do the job also! Prices were reasonable also! I'm just happy in every aspect of my choise!”
