Brian came out and measured and wrote a detailed proposal of rooms discussed, brought color pallet and we scheduled our job. They were meticulous! We are VERY PLEASED with the job! “We have worked with Chris on multiple jobs over the last 5-10 years. He came highly recommended, and the recommendations were true to life. Chris is a master craftsman who always does his work to the highest standard. He has done both exterior and interior paint jobs for us. Chris's exterior paint job requires little maintenance thanks to the care with which he prepared the wood for painting. He is honest, and gives fair quotes. In addition, he deals with a problem at the source (replacing rotten wood rather than painting over it for example). For this reason, you have to be prepared for higher prices -- it simply takes longer to do a job right than to do a job badly. In addition to his other good qualities, Chris is responsible, on time, and easy to work with. He takes photos and is happy to give detailed receipts. In one case we needed to work with an insurance company and we had no trouble with their response to his receipts.”

“EXTERIOR PAINTING OF REALLY BIG HOUSE: The painters showed up on time, did a great job, were respectful. We trusted them with our home even when we went away for a weekend. The painters showed good judgement about where to paint and what color combinations would work best. CLARIFICATION! The painters doing the actual work knew better than to give advice which would make them responsible if things didn't turn out to our satisfaction----and everyone has different color preferences so they have to watch what they say! However, they competently got their views on the table without actually recommending anything, because they cared so much about the outcome. We love the results of our quasi-collaboration. This sort of outcome results from trust and good judgement on both sides. In addition, the quality of the painting is excellent all around.”
