“I hired CertaPro to paint my living room and master suite. They did a quality job on both, but it was the customer service and professionalism that was most impressive. CertaPro recommended two coats for the best coverage on my project. I thought I could get away with one. Once the painters had finished, I could see that they were right. The Paint job was immaculate, but the walls had't been painted in years and I was trying to cover a darker color. I did need two coats. I was embarrassed to admit I'd been wrong and ask them for a second coat after all. I shoudn't have been. They were very understanding and wanted me to be happy with the job. CertaPro was GREAT. They went out and bought more paint and finished the second coat that day. I was beyond impressed and so very grateful that to find that the customer service still comes first with some businesses.
