“Authentic Maintenance gets 5 stars plus from myself and all the 42 residents of Regal of Manor Lakes in Imperial Golf Course for the outstanding job they did in our garages after being flooded by Hurricane Ian! From sheetrock, painting and wood moulding the work performed was outstanding! The work force was very professional and was always there to answer any questions the owners had! They completed the extensive job on a timely bases. The Sales and Marketing officer Matt was often on sight. His own knowledge of the business and how to address everything needed was so appreciated. We have also contracted Authenic Maintenance to install 38 back entrance garage doors along with granite coating the garage floors. They will also be installing rain spouts. I would highly recommend them for doing any of the Multiple Service’s they have to offer! Kindly.. Doug Berlet Regal of Manor Lakes HOA President”

“Fred Jannino is an oustanding painter and I reccomend his company without reservation. I hired Fred's company to paint my clothing boutique. Obviously, this is an area where you want to make the best impression on your clients, so it had to be perfect. The building was older and the walls had many imerfections, so there was a lot of prep work required. The Janninos did an outstanding job. They were never late, typically early, and they worked long days and weekends to see that I stayed on schedule with the other sub-contractors and that my business opened in time. I found them to be professional in every way and their work was impeccable. The finsihed probuct could not have been any better. I will be hiring them again soon to do some work in my home. USE THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL BE PLEASED.”

“We bought a house in Hideaway on Marco Island which ended up needing just about everything (roof, floors, walls, stairs, windows, doors, even electrical) either replaced or refurbished. Walls were cut, patched, torn apart, removed, or made. It was a mess. And by the time we were ready to paint, we were pretty tired of dealing with contractors. Recommended by our contractor Ace had the job of painting our house inside, and ended up painting it outside as well. Not only do they know their trade, but they are also the nicest, the easiest, and the best contractors I have ever worked with! They "fixed", filled, primed and painted everything! When they say they are going to do something, they do it 110%. (If they see something which needs fixing, they fix it; even if it isn't their job to do so.) From experience, we can say with confidence... If you hire Ace Painting, the job will be done correctly and on time. It was such a pleasure to work with Shawn and his brother Nathan. "YES", we absolutely, with no reservations, recommend them!”

“Did a good job removing wall paper even with an excess of paste and a textured wall surface. Gave me good advice as to products to use to get a good result when I painted the room. Did not push for the painting business, did offer it but no pressure. Price seemed fair and they were on time and worked very efficiently.”
