Quality and fair pricing and really what you can expect when hiring him. He is also responsive when calling him with questions, that means quite a bit when spending your money on home projects! “JS Property Maintenance and its capable owner Jeffrey Stranger have helped me in so many ways. Jeff and his professional employees came to my rescue by completing a punch list created as a result of a home inspection for the sale of my previous home. They then helped me move and complete a myriad of must dos on a very tight schedule in my new home. Recently his landscaping crew helped me with a new terrace and garden. Jeffrey is always available and has helped me in so many ways. He has a network of very competent contractors to help the home owner with any emergency including plumbing and electrical work. I highly recommend this company and know I can always count on Jeffrey and company to be there for me. Give Jeff a call and he can trouble shoot any issue you might have around your home.”

“Sheridan did a fantastic job on our patio project; we had many restrictions and personal preferences. Cost was reasonable and all personnel were easy to work with. One neighbor stopped by to see the project and immediately set up an appointment for her own project. Our next door neighbors watched our project and decided that they needed a paved patio of their own. I think that says a lot for Sheridan's beauty and quality. Sheridan has the photos of our project.”

“I contacted Nichole and Brian last fall to complete a bungled project by a former, long-time landscaper. They were immediately responsive and I was impressed when they came to discuss the project. They were very professional and knowledgable. I hired them to complete the unfinished project and to take on another before the snow flies. Both projects were completed in a timely manner and much to my liking. I couldn't be more pleased, and I look forward to working with them again this spring.”
