The most standout aspects are their stellar design, communication/customer service, and installation skills. They have a landscape designer on staff who will come on site and design everything and extensively help with material selection. Once samples are delivered and materials are chosen, they provide a detailed estimate and a to-scale design plan for final review. During installation, the owner Lucio, is personally here every day and heavily involved in the the entire project. He lays most of the materials himself and his team is very competent as well. The installation was precise and polished. It is refreshing to have the owner working alongside the team making sure everything is perfect and interacting with the homeowner to answer any questions that arise. Lucio also approached us a few times to offer some improvements that weren’t in the initial scope of the project such as pulling out old stumps, filling in an empty septic tank, and dealing with some rotted wood issues on my home. When they finished, the cleanup was super as well. Lucio, Kristin, and the entire team are just terrific and a pleasure to work with. They constantly go above and beyond during every phase of the project and, importantly, are good, kind people. We would 100% recommend them and plan to use them again in the future. We are absolutely thrilled with how our landscape has turned out. This company is impressive, knowledgable and most importantly they care about their customers and projects.”

“I reached out on a whim to Bill to design and install the lighting for my wedding last summer - I wanted temporary lights and he was an expert in permanent, he was excited about the challenge and said that the materials were the same, just a slightly different strategy. I was 100% unprepared for how awesome, professional, cautious, thoughtful and reliable Bill would be about our project, which started as a temporary installation as I said and turned into permanent installations all over my parents farm because they loved the lighting so much. Bill came up and did several site visits to our home in NH, he listened to my vision for how the lighting would flow at our outdoor wedding on our property, he made his own recommendations as well, which were creative and fun. He showed me sample fixtures and sent through a budget and got to work. For the installation he came several days in advance of the wedding with a small crew to start putting the lights in place - he wanted to test everything before the day before in case anything was wrong. Each day the property came to life in a way that was unexpected. We'd never had outdoor lighting before and having it wash across the barn, the forest, the bread oven, the gardens - it was all incredible. The event went off beautifully and Bill took all my crazy phone calls. After the main event my parents decided to make a lot of the lighting permanent and they have enjoyed it ever since. Bill made sure all the wires and such were buried and the property was clean and safe even when they were temporary and did a totally pro installation when they were made permanent. He has taken countless calls from my dad about replacing a bulb or adjusting a light - he is just the nicest person to deal with. He never makes anyone feel uninformed even though many are when it comes to outdoor lighting - I certainly was - and he became like a member of our family for the weeks surrounding the biggest day of my life!”

She has also worked to turn an untamed, invasive-choked wooded area/wetland into what we now refer to as our "woodland" filled with native trees, shrubs, ferns and perennials and mulched pathways. “We hired MainStay Landscape to design and build a patio for our backyard. Prior to instillation, ground cover and a sloping lawn existed where the patio was to go. In addition there lived a perennial garden, surrounded by a short, Pennsylvania stone wall in the middle of the backyard. We wanted the garden removed and the Pennsylvania stone incorporated into the patio retaining wall We also asked that he build around a mature Cherry Tree that provides privacy for the home. Jay designed a 480 square foot, bluestone patio, boarded on one side by a Pennsylvania stone, dry stack, retaining wall that gently curves around the Cherry Tree. Underneath the tree he planted a few of the plants removed from the perennial garden. Jay also included 5 LED wall lights that send light cascading down the wall at night, along with two up-lights for the Cherry Tree. Throughout the planning process Jay was attentive to our questions and requests. He was straightforward and accurate with his pricing. And when the time came to actually build (took 2 weeks), Jay and his team displayed the utmost in professionalism and trustworthiness. It is impossible to give a higher recommendation. They simply do things the right way and with a friendly, honest approach. We could not be happier with our new living space.”

“Mather Clarke and his guys Justin and Shaun were professional, very knowable but most importantly they had passion for their work like they were creating a piece of art. You can tell they love what they do. We had an idea of what we wanted our yard to look like and they brought it to another level.
