We have a lot of beds in our yard and the edging is a big job. It always looks perfect. They have also done some special projects- stone work and sod replacement - we were very happy with the results. They have made seasonal planters for our front entrance. which are creative and a great enhancement to the space. “We contacted Year Round Landscaping in the winter/spring of 2015 after a recommendation from our home builder. Joe came out to meet us, view our lot and to discuss our needs and wants. He introduced us to Elise, his landscape designer, who then worked with us on those needs and wants to come up with a plan that was custom made for our yard. Elise then took us to view various plants, stone and other products that would be used in our design so we had an excellent visual of what it was going to look like. After a couple of iterations the plan was complete and ready for construction. Joe’s crew began the project in May and was complete by the end of July 2015 and on budget. All of the crew was very courteous, respectful and always kept the yard neat and tidy when they left. The scope of work included grading the front and back yards, removing some old tree stumps, installing a cedar fence with gates, cedar arbours, a feature wall that was constructed from stone of our old house, a back yard retaining wall, two stone patios, two composite decks, designer concrete borders around our front flower beds, large boulders for aesthetics, the planting of trees, shrubs, perennials, sod and installing an irrigation system and landscape lighting. The quality of the work was excellent and we have had numerous compliments from our neighbours and people passing by. Any concerns we had during the project were immediately addressed by Joe and both he and Elise have followed up with us to ensure we were happy. We would highly recommend Year Round Landscaping to anyone looking for a landscaping designer and contractor.”
