He is the only carpenter who has extensive experience working on older homes like mine in which none of the corners are square, doors need to be rehung, walls are wavy and out of plumb, stairs are uneven, floors are not level. His building knowledge was evident during the first walk-through of my house. He had solutions for projects that had stumped other carpenters. Matt's carpentry work is first-class, and his manner is professional.”

She had obviously developed a professional relationship with the company such that they are responsive to her requests to them. We were amazed that she was on top of every detail, large or small in our order. We felt we HAD TO stop by the store at the end of the renovation to thank her personally. We love our new kitchen and everyone compliments us on it and wants to know where we got the cabinets. Beyond this, we like the store itself. Interestingly, they employ a number of women who all seem to be amazingly good at what they do. Never seen a hardware store like it!”
