“Having bought a house with "good bones," but outdated, we were willing to tackle lots of DIY projects. The complete gutting and reconfiguration of the master bath was not one of those projects, however. We visited the big box kitchen and bath departments and a number of local contractors. We came upon DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen in the process and visited their design studio. After a couple of conversations with Ernest Gilbert, the owner, and a thorough check of references (including BBB and Angie's List) we asked Mr. Gilbert to visit our home and prepare a quote. To be honest, it wasn't the lowest. But we liked the thorough approach -- including a consultation with a designer on the firm's staff -- and signed a contract for the work to begin. It was a mess, for certain, but daily clean-up was done scrupulously by the staff and the attention to detail was outstanding. We're picky, but the lead carpenter on the job was even more so. He rejected work by subcontractors we might have easily accepted and never relented until the finish was perfect. We have had contractors do jobs for us in the past -- from additions to complete new construction -- but this experience was the best. We liked the result so much we have hired DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen to now renovate our kitchen.”

“Absolutely the best experience ever. We had all but given up on a tile installer, having gone through three who did shoddy work and left us so disappointed we had wondered what else to do. Ivan did a fantastic job, and the tile work that he does is beyond professional. Our bathrooms look fantastic, and our house shows like a model home because of him. “For the longest time my husband & I were looking for the right company that would remodel our outdated 20 year old house. We found that company & they are great! We went with Royal Remodeling & Design who have a showroom in downtown Sarasota! The whole crew was super! Always on time, started at 8am and finished at 5pm everyday until project was done. Clean, polite and very professional! It was a big job! Complete bathroom remodel with frameless glass doors, shaker cabinets & Cambria quarts. New porcelain tile wood planks, new baseboards & complete repaint. After the remodel, our home now looks modern & beautiful! We are really happy. Thank you Royal Remodeling & Design for the fantastic job, you really deserved the “word of mouth”!”

“We got three bids for our job and Victor's was very competitive. We like his people skills, timely responses and honesty with every aspect of the project. Our project was a $44,000 remodel/addition. We added a floor over our two story front room, creating a playroom/media room. We then added an office and guest "suite" (bathroom included) in the open loft area that already existed. Victor and his crew were AMAZING! They were polite, on time and did an amazing cleanup at the end of each day. He was very attentive and I felt that he really understood the look we were going for. He gave us different options when necessary. It was obvious that he really wanted us to be happy and we are. Our job was completed on time and in budget. Our plumbing, electrical, framing and final inspections went off without a hitch. Our next project is the kitchen and Victor and his team will definitely be doing it.”

“The hardest part was finding someone to trust to remodel our Kitchen and two Bathrooms with care and professionalism. Since we never hired a contractor in Florida we didn't know where to start but we knew what we didn't want to end up with. Finding Jim was a true blessing. He explained all of our concerns up front without us even asking. Jim's design was much better than we could have imagined and the finished project is outstanding to say the least. We generally do not feel comfortable recommending any services or companies but with Jim Anderson we will not hesitate to anyone looking for kitchen and bath remodeling. Jim and his team are true professionals and masters of their trades.”

He even assisted in getting 2 bath vanity cabinets that never arrived from a online vendor order of mine. The company was efficient. Fairly priced. Looks great!
