“Elliot Gesang and his crew have helped us on several projects. We added a master bath and the work and craftsmanship was excellent. We got a lot of bang for our buck! Much less than we expected. Even our kids want to use our shower instead of theirs! We also added a new front entry which looks awesome! I get compliments on it all the time. Then we re-sided the entire home, painted and put up all new seamless gutters. His crew did an excellent job on this as well.
Finally they are just finishing our new huge patio and cover, the patio is exposed aggregate and looks great and the new patio cover will give us needed shade during the summer, cover from the rain and safety from the snow (our old cover nearly collapsed under the weight of the snow last winter. All in all they have done fantastic work. Gesang Inc. is a small company but works with you on everything from concept, to design to finish! Their prices are reasonable, they are responsive in all matters concerning the project, the employees are polite and respectful, they clean up after themselves and are just good hard working people! I would absolutely recommend Gesang, Inc. to anybody in Pierce County.”

“I’ve worked with this team through 2 bathroom remodels. First our master bathroom which consisted of moving all plumbing, tearing down walls and even building walls. Our master bathroom turned out beautiful. Ken and his team worked fast and were very communicative during the process even with last minute changes.
Secondly, our basement bathroom had a flood and we decided to work with Ken and his team again. We moved plumbing, torn down walls, added new walls and our bathroom is amazing and it was completely so quickly.
I appreciate not only how fast the team worked, but how involved in the process we were. From lighting, to switches, to hanging up the towel bar, we were always involved to make sure it was done right. We even asked the team to help with some lighting changes downstairs and adding a fan to our upstairs bathroom and they happily made time for us to make it happen.
I 100% trust this team in my home and to care for my home as if it were their own. Glad I found them as we will always give them a call for our future projects.”

“Topham Home Renovations has done two remodel projects for us at our Holly home south of Seabeck WA.
In 2020 Craig and his crew remodeled our kitchen. They took it down to the studs , moved wallls and doorway, all new cabinetry and tile on walls, replaced flooring throughout the kitchen, dining and living rooms.. In 2022 they remodeled our master bath, taking it down to the studs and building a bigger shower, with glass enclosure , heated floors, tile on walls and floor and put new flooring in the master bedroom.
We love their work. They were a friendly , reliable, and competent contractor. We used a designer, Mise En Place for the kitchen. The master bath was a Craig taking all my ideas and design choices and making them into a beautiful space.”

We bought the house with a major problem with the basement bathroom and Community Builders did a wonderful job replacing a window, building a new wall, and putting in a new toilet and sink. The plumbing under the sink leaked. David was great about getting the repairs completed and communicating with us during the project.”

He did a thorough walk through and pointed out many things I hadn't noticed before. He was friendly and professional. Unfortunately, a day or two later Paul apologetically said that he could not meet our time schedule for the work since we wanted to move into the house within a month. It was the busy season for construction and I understood completely. I will not hesitate to get a bid from Paul again for future products since his obvious experience and expertise shone through during our one meeting.”
