“In desperate need of extra storage space and wanting an upgrade, planning for our kitchen began. We came across Supply New England just prior to Thanksgiving. Fortunately for us, they were having a Black Friday special. After speaking with Norm and having him visit our house we were already sold. Norm was thorough, professional and had great design ideas for our kitchen. We worked with him to decide our direction and Norm went to work bringing our new kitchen to life. I can't say enough about how impressed we were. Cabinets, granite counter tops, back splash tile, sink and faucet were all ordered. When our contractor saw the detailed plans and had them reviewed with Norm, there were no questions as to what needed to be done. Needless to say, we are VERY happy with our kitchen. And the Black Friday special made our upgrade very affordable. In fact, it will bring us back for phase 2 of changes.”

“Our prior contractor was too busy for the work that needed to be done which led me to find Bonsai Builders…a blessing in disguise, if you ask me! Our front porch was in need of some major updating (a lot of rotting wood, railings were wobbly, pillar trim and paint coming off, etc). They were able to squeeze us in their busy schedule which I totally appreciate. Jason was very honest with what work needed to be done as I initially only asked for new railings. I didn't want to wait until the rotting wood got worse so I agreed and trusted his professional opinion. Thank goodness I did because there was a little more damage from water and ants that he found which I didn't want to deal with down the road. He used pvc to wrap the base of the pillars (which looks so much better and well proportioned) and replaced all our risers and kick board with pvc too. I am all for low maintenance so I'm glad I don't have to worry about rotting wood again! He even replaced our electrical outlet to a more low profile one. Jason is a perfectionist..very detail-oriented and meticulous, he kept pointing things out that I would never have noticed and fixed the issue promptly. He and his worker were respectful of the property, cleaned up after themselves, and were on time. I can't forget about Kristin (Jason’s wife and company manager) who was very communicative in regards to scheduling, estimates, etc. She was very responsive and got back to me quickly whenever I had a question (a rare trait these days!). Overall, I would definitely recommend Bonsai Builders and look forward to hiring them again in the future. I've already received so many compliments online. Even my neighbor stopped to say how beautiful it came out as she was driving away. We hired them again to redo our kitchen countertops and backsplash. Hire them, you won't regret it!!”

“We have a small kitchen in a 40's era cape cod. For my modest kitchen upgrade, I wanted a durable but pretty countertop. Bill answered all my questions. Deciding between quartzite and granite took some time, but I eventually chose a gorgeous granite. Bill came to my house with several dozen samples and gave me honest feedback when I asked his opinion on a couple I was undecided on. Because this was a relatively small job, fabrication and installation occurred within 2 weeks. It all went very smoothly - Bill does not use subcontractors, so he knows and trusts his installers. One small glitch with the dishwasher installation - I called Bill and he was out to my house personally to fix it perfectly. I very much recommend Countertops by Superior. They are a smaller company with great customer service and a quality product.”
