“Can recommend Sea Pointe w/reservation. The end result was just what I wanted...getting there was somewhat of a financial surprise. Originally, I asked that the master bath remodel be consistent w/other (3) bathrooms (Siematic cabinets, imported Spanish tile). Two walls were taken down to studs and shower stall removed. I had assumed new shower doors were included since shower was torn out and this was a remodel...it did not (+$ for glass doors). (What average home owner would know that shower doors are considered "fixtures" & "fixtures" were not included in Sea Pointe's estimate.) I had assumed that my baseboards would be tile (consistent w/my other bathrooms, as originally requested). Specific baseboard material not identified in estimate (+$ for baseboard tile). Bottom line...stand in front of your wall and identify each and every detail and make sure it is specified in Sea Pointe's est.”

“A rare hem. Remodels and upgrades to a house can be so stressful that usually we put it off but that feeling completely changed when we found Modern Creation. We found a small business(confident they won’t be small for long) that takes great pride in their work and they finish in a timely manner. They were so detailed with their questions and offered options in the beginning of the job that I felt comfortable every step of the way. They cleaned up after themselves when they ended each day and were conscious that I had little kids and a dog in the house( tools, nails, sharp objects were never left out and days without a stove were left to a minimum). We love that we had access to Amir whenever we had a question and his attention to detail is very comforting. He notices everything from a drawer not being aligned right to making sure our slabs all “line matched” all the way to the inside edge of the the cabinet. Honestly, I don’t know if I would have noticed but my guests sure did. It’s been a couple of weeks since the job is done and we have zero complaints and only compliments for a job well done. Now my husband is addicted to getting more work done in the house. So far we have had our patio cover done outside(the job that started it all), our new bar addition(we wanted it to match our existing kitchen), backsplash and counter in the kitchen and pantry done. All of the areas Modern Creation has touched has become our favorite spots in the house. We look forward to our next upgrade in the house done by Modern Creation.”

“OC Home Builders did a complete home renovation for me about 3 years ago. Overall, they did an excellent job for an excellent price. Firstly, communication was quick and responsive. Either Jim or America responded to any questions/concerns within the same day. I found them to be professional and helpful. The quality of the work was very good. Jim provided some very insightful ideas and suggestions as well. I ended up fixing the kitchen, floors, 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, paint, new copper piping, raising the flooring, a new fireplace, and some other minor projects/touchups. Jim worked with me by only charging for labor and allowing us to buy our own materials. Overall, I'd highly recommend using OC Home Builders.”

“Joe and Jason Mueller were a real pleasure to work with. Joe's design sense proved extremely helpful to us. He is a visionary for making dreams come true. Jason, is a superb project manager. He was always available to answer question and or concerns. His team of sub contractors worked together like a finely tuned machine. Inspired Remodels delivered on everything that we contracted them for. In our opinion IR competitively prices their estimates. We bid our project to 3 different vendors. We choose the middle bid based on the impression that Joe left us with after interviewing him. Be assured that we never had any regrets about choosing IR to do our master bathroom. Anytime you demolish the existing room down to the studs, you expect an extended timeline to rebuild it all from scratch. IR kept this at a minimum due to the close scheduling for the rebuilding tasks. I found it extremely interesting watching the whole process of building the new shower. I took a few pictures everyday so I could reflect back on what it took to put it all together not to mention seeing the location of existing pipes and electrical inside the walls. As a whole, the sub contractors used by IR performed their jobs in an extremely high quality nature. Mark, Ulysses and unfortunately I do not remember the tile installer, delivered A+ craftsmanship and customer servicing skills. I would not hesitate to use them again. If you are thinking about engaging a contractor, Michelle and I highly recommend that you include Inspired Remodel in your selection process. You will not be disappointed”

“Wow Wow Wow! We cannot say enough great things about Kaveh and the entire Eskan Developer team! In addition to doing AMAZING work, Kaveh provided guidance and patience with us along the way. Our initial project consisted of a complete overhaul of our primary bedroom, bathroom, and closet. We moved walls, combined spaces and now have a dream retreat. We asked them back to do our hall bath, which looks equally amazing, and in a few weeks will be starting on our Kitchen, living and dining room. Kaveh is a perfectionist, which is awesome when he is working on your behalf! If one of the crew didn't do something to his standards, he would make them redo it until it was perfect. They brought out all the love and good energy that was possible in this house. We could not have asked for a better contractor! He and his crew were on time, dedicated, patient, understanding, knowledgeable craftsmen and just downright good people. I especially appreciated the trash detail and clean up, which is a super important part of any reno job that many contractors don't take as seriously. “My kitchen now looks beautiful and new again, I hired HomeTech to remodeled my kitchen counter tops and my faucet, they were very helpful and got the work done professionally and fast, they even replaced a piece of wood that the pipe with a leak got very wet and humid. The communication with them was very fast and convenient. I am a very curios person so I asked several questions and they were very open to answered them all. Very satisfied and happy with my new kitchen.”
