“We hired Kelly Zamonski of The Kitchen Place to completely gut our kitchen in our 90 year old house. We wanted to keep the new design vintage, with the character of the old house. We worked on the layout and design ahead of time, with Kelly spending a great deal of time researching our many choice combinations. She had many original ideas that we loved and understood the look that we wanted. She was very patient with our many questions, making us feel comforted every step of the way. She gave us the details that she knew we needed, knowing that we were detail-oriented customers. She gave design advice for the function, as well as the aesthetics. We decided to use her sub-contractors, since they have worked togethers for many years and work well as a team. “Ben and his team were excellent. We were very pleased with all aspects of the kitchen remodel. The price was very fair. The project was done in a timely fashion and very professional throughout the job. When there were small problems they were quickly resolved. The kitchen was completely redone - they did all the demo, helped with design, installed cabinets, moved the stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher to a new location. A granite company installed the countertops. We did have someone else instal new floor at their suggestion to save a little money (the new floor was for the living room, kitchen and laundry room). We would definitely use again.”

“In January 2014, I had a pipe burst in my condo. The pipe that burst was the one that provides water to the refrigerator, although my refrigerator is not hooked up to the pipe, as it doesn't have the water/ice feature. At that time, Ram Restoration was rescuing about 40 other homes in the area (probably more) for the same problem. It was happening all over town. My homeowner's association actually contracted them for me and I went with their choice in contractor because I had never worked with a contractor in town at all. Ram got the water back on within a week. I know that sounds like a long time, but given the emergency circumstances all over town, I was not at all disappointed. Within 4 weeks, they completed the renovations to my condo - fixed the walls, carpet, etc. I rent this condo out. So I had to keep my renters informed of the status of repairs, which meant I called Ram several times throughout the process in order to do that. They were SO pleasant over the phone, they answered all of my questions, and my renter was pleased with their service as well. I spoke with several of Ram's employees - the project managers, the owner, the women who fielded the calls - and everyone was such a pleasure to speak to, especially given how stressed out and overworked they must have all been during that time.”

“Jason remodeled our guest and master bathrooms from December 2012 - March 2013. The guest bathroom remodel included the tear out and replacement of shower tile, decorative wall tile, floor tile and vanities. The master bathroom remodel included the complete tear out of the entire bathroom, including walls and an old jacuzzi tub. Jason and his crew were always on time, neat, polite and efficient. They cleaned up their work areas every day and left the rest of our house in as good working order as possible. Jason helped us design the layout for our new master bathroom. We love the finished product in both bathrooms. They are both gorgeous and functional. There were absolutely no surprises with any of the invoices. Jason communicated all overages and underspending to us throughout the project. The final invoices were exactly what we'd anticipated. We've recommended Jason to multiple friends and family members and will continue to do so. We'll also continue to use him as a contractor for any kitchen, bathroom or plumbing projects.”
