The design process went smoothly and efficiently, with Doug coming out to the house and taking detailed measurements and then the group working with us to figure out the optimal design. We were impressed as they valued our opinions and considered everything we threw at them with patience and thought. They were able to mix that with their experience and skill to deliver top quality kitchen in a very reasonable time. We appreciated their extreme professionalism, efficiency and thoroughness with no short cuts and no high-pressure sales. As we walked through the process piece by piece, they were able to come up with a design that satisfied every aspect that we had asked and have it delivered on schedule! This was by far the best experience we have ever had with any contractor. They met all our expectation and more! “I hired design Tec to do a complete kitchen and dining room demolition and renovation. The quoted prices were accurate and fair and there was no cost overruns. This was a kitchen remodel of a 60 year old home, so basically everything was taken down to the bare studs and rebuilt up to modern building codes. Dwain and his team always arrived on time and kept me well informed of progress, status updates, etc. Even better, after the job was completed, about 6 months later we had a minor issue with a wood cabinet door warping. Dwain personally handled the warranty repair with the cabinet maker, and replaced the door in a timely matter. All I had to do was make one call to Design Tec, and they handled it. Support after the job is done is so important. Many contractors will take the money and run, but Design Tec stood behind their work and made me a very satisfied customer. Needless to say, my new kitchen is amazing! From the ceiling cabinet mounding to the new wood flooring they installed, everything is high end quality and have had no issues since. I would sincerely recommend Dwain and Design Tec for a remodel.”
