“I have a house from 1966 that never had any work done and needed ana drastic update. I was looking for a new contractor to renovate a completely demolished master bedroom and master bedroom that started two years before I met Shawn. I did not want to work with the contractor who had done the demolition. Shawn was recommended by my cousin who works at the permit department; she said that his permits were always thorough and complete and rarely required revision. Working with Shawn was wonderful! Prior to signing the contract, I worked extensively with him to define and understand the full breadth of the work in detail so that there would be very few surprises if at all. I had worked with at least 7 contractors through this process and Shawn was the most detailed, transparent, and easy to work with. We stayed at home during this renovation. He managed the subcontractors well and the job site was always clean at the end of the day. He also worked at least 75% of the project. He took care of the permits and all the inspections. He was very easy to work with. He provided good ideas on how to improve the design where necessary. He always let me know ahead of time when he couldn't be a the project. His work quality is excellent. He was so wonderful to work with that I hired him again to renovate the other hallway bathroom, three bedrooms, and the hallway.”
