The folks at Macars are knowledgeable in all areas for products to use and design. I hope I can do business with the Macars when we are ready to finalize out decisions.”

They were very helpful in the initial phase of the planning, and their creative solutions gave me the look I wanted with the right products. Stephen Laing and Todd Pearson were wonderful to deal with, and were focused on addressing every concern or question my husband and I had, throughout the process. The installation went very smoothly, and the skill of the technicians was evident. Their after-service was equally professional. The staff were all terrific to deal with and showed up on time, and at our convenience. I feel that I asked a lot of Stephen Laing in particular, and he was always a pleasure to deal with.”

Although it appears to be a small business they have everything I needed and the staff were always friendly and accommodating. Flexible in their approach and always eager to help with decisions and alter them according to my needs. Very professional and really know their stuff.”

“Jay from form and function updated our kitchen and two bathrooms. First of all it cost exactly what he quoted, he always showed up when he said he would, extremely neat and tidy. All and all it was a very pleasant experience ,would and will use him again and would highly recommend him to anyone.”

“We recently had Passerino Painting and Construction come out for a kitchen counter update and shower renovation. The total project took about 3 weeks, which was 1 week longer than the original estimate. We were worked in last minute, which meant we did get our project done 2 months prior to our original plan, which was great. The quality of the work done was superb - we now have an almost brand new bathroom that is gorgeous, and beautiful butcher block countertops. Our only complaint was the amount of time spent working per day on our project...general hours ran about 10:00 - 4:00, but those were the long days. Many days, work did not start until almost 11:00 or 12:00, and things were often wrapping up by 3:30. There were also multiple days where one of both of the assisting workers were out sick. We believe longer days would have lent to the project being completed closer to the initial estimate. We were told the kitchen would take about 2 days, and it took almost 2 weeks before being completely finished. We also went over a week without a functional kitchen sink, which again, we had accounted for only a couple days so had not planned appropriately. All in all, we are totally happy with the product and would recommend the quality work to anyone, we just were less impressed with the work ethic and schedule.”

“Farney's sold me the kitchen cabinets, Formica counter tops, and linoleum flooring.Chris, at Farney, designed it. Bob Roggie and Justin Wormwood installed everything. I couldn't be more pleased. The quality of the materials, is tops. The workmanship by these two men is superb...really over the top. Some people might want ceramic tile floors, and granite counter tops, but this is what I wanted, and I absolutely love the whole kitchen, I can't believe it is mine ! I think I sent photos to Chris, but if you want more, I have plenty.”
