“Jo came to my rescue when both showers in my holiday home were leaking due to poor workmanship from the builder. Jo managed the whole project so efficiently and kept all the trades moving and me in the loop. Existing tiles had to be removed, new tiles chosen, waterproofing done, then retiling. The job was complicated by tiles no longer available, so she came up with a great idea to make features of the showers using herringbone tiles. They look fantastic! It was a relief to be able to hand the project to Jo and not have to worry about it, knowing it was in good hands. Jo's eye for style is amazing and the finished result looks fantastic. “I worked closely with Chris from Complete Kitchens when I was carrying out an extensive two storey extension of my Californian bungalow. I used Complete Kitchens for the kitchen, butler's pantry, outdoor bbq kitchen, laundry and vanities in three bathrooms. I had a pretty clear idea of what I wanted and Chris was supportive of the ideas I had and my colour choices. Sometimes it's hard to know what a colour will look like with small colour samples but Chris was confident it would look good. In the kitchen, I had an idea for a pull-out draw that would hold tall condiment bottles, a separate section for the chopping board as well as a hidden spice drawer. Chris helped design this and made it happen. He was willing to create bespoke pieces and listen to my needs. Many companies refused to manufacture or provide a warranty for an outdoor bbq kitchen but Chris made this happen and it looks fantastic. The job was done on time and any changes incurring additional costs had to be signed off before proceeding. I would have no hesitation in recommending Complete Kitchens for kitchen and bathroom cabinetry.”

We developed a realistic plan and timeline which Allen then project managed including the tradies schedules, and schedules for white goods purchase and installation for kitchen aids. “David was able to jump in at the 11th hour to widen the wall openings between the kitchen and lounge (and remove the hallway) of my ground floor apartment. As a registered builder he was able to assess the structural requirements of what was needed so as not to compromise the sturdiness of the building. As a way of conserving the cost/timeframe, we opted to freshen up the existing BIRs in both bedrooms by replacing the doors and shelves and painting the inside. The finished product pretty much looks like a new wardrobe. We then decided to do a full renovation of the bathroom as i was installing a new kitchen and floor coverings throughout the apartment. Here we encoutered a number challenges which David discussed with me at each turn before making final decisions of how he would proceed. I was very appreciative of this. Another 11th hour decision as a result of a kitchen design error was the relocation of the hot water system which was nearing the end of its life. It was also invconveniently located under the sink in the kitchen. After consulting with David, we decided it would be best to install a new unit and reposition it on the exterior of the building. Throughout the entire process, David was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Taking my calls after hours and someone I could consult with when having to make alternative decisions as a result of unforseen challenges. I would highly recommend David to anyone wanting to minimize the damage control when embarking on a renovation.
