“Beth was a gem to work with. She immediately grasped our aesthetic and made several spot-on suggestions during a short window of time when we had an opportunity to influence the final stages of a rebuild on a home we were in the process of purchasing. She helped us with colors, light fixtures, kitchen design, master bathroom design, and tile selection. Lucky for us, she also gently dissuaded us from a couple of ideas for which we hadn't considered the downsides. And finally, I would add that Beth has an artful, diplomatic communication style that was incredibly valuable to us -- we are a couple with lots of opinions, often differing. “Casey is the best! Welcoming friendly, and patient. I came into my local Ethan Allen with no clue on the type of couch I wanted for my living room. Casey walked me through the store showing different couches, and explaining the different fabrics, styles, and comfort. After I making my decision Casey then helped me with my fabric of choice. Unfortunately due to furniture being delayed of delivery, Casey stayed in touch with me keeping me updated on the progress, and delivery date. My couch finally arrived and I am in Love.
