“Croma made our renovation so much easier. We told them roughly what we liked in terms of decor and sent them a few photos from magazines. When we arrived at their office they had everything laid out for us - kithcen and bathroom designs, tile and countertop samples, pain chips, wallpaper. We had everything finalized in about an hour, saving us weeks of work and stress. And as we worked through the acutal renovation they were there at every step - a truly great experience. I would recommend Croma to anyone looking for great design advice and amazing customer service.”

“We worked with Parkyn Design on our new home build. Soon after our architectural plans were done, we got Tania Parkyn and her team involved in the process. This timing was paramount to them understanding our big vision. Three things stand out from our work with Parkyn Design. First, one of the biggest strengths Tania demonstrated was her ability to really listen and understand what we wanted. She really did hear everything we said: our ideas, our dreams, our likes, our dislikes. We saw proof of this in the end results when our home seemed to fit us like a glove. Second, Tania’s experience ensured that our home would be timeless, yet incredibly unique and personal to us. Because Parkyn Design is current with trends and ahead of the curve on what’s coming, we were introduced to new products and materials which made the choices for everything both practical and leading edge. Finally, as first time homebuilders, the process of building, designing and decorating a home can be very intimidating. Parkyn Design made this process fun and enjoyable. Tania and her team brought such excitement and passion to our job! Sometimes it was hard to tell who was more excited - them or us! Overall, this is a top-notch design studio. If you want experience, intelligent thinking and fantastic results, then Parkyn Design is the studio for you.”

“We purchased a 60 year old home and hired Diana to assist with updating the inside of the home. She assisted with structural changes and colour and style selections. I was able to communicate to her the style that I wanted and she was able to make those visions come to life. For example, I wanted an open concept kitchen and she was able to determine where all the appliances and cabinets would be placed once the main kitchen wall was demolished. Her colour selections, tile styles and cabinet styles for all three washrooms and laundry room were perfect. She also respected my opinion. For example, I wasn't too enthusiastic about the colour selections for the wall surrounding the fireplace, Diana could sense that and immediately pulled out a different colour selection based on my feedback and I fell in love with the colours. She also gives honest feedback. She pointed out to me immediately if I was gravitating towards a selection that was a 'fad' and not 'timeless. I would definitely hire her again for future projects. I have absolutely no regrets about any of the decisions made, and that is 100% because we had Diana as our designer. Thank You.”

“I have had the pleasure of working with LDR Designs on multiple projects over the past 3 years. I would highly recommend Linda DeRuiter and LDR Deisgns to anyone needing a design firm for major projects and smaller design projects. In our previous home LDR Designs gutted our kitchen and main bathroom. The end result was well designed, beautiful and functional. Our most recent project was in our new home. LDR Designs gutted our basement, dug down, installed radiant heating, gutted the basement bathroom and laundry room and then finished with new storage, cabinets and lovely finishes throughout. We are thrilled with the end result. LDR Designs also gutted the master bath and redesigned a 2nd floor bedroom for more space and storage. We are delighted with results and will continue to work with LDR Designs on future projects.”

“I hired BKDP back in October 2011 to redesign the ground level and 2 second level bathrooms of my home. After interviewing different design companies, both my wife and I felt most comfortable with Fardid and Ken as they were very clear and detailed in explaining the whole design process and how they charge for design and renovation to us. The design process took about 6 weeks and the design was revised a couple of times as we added more items to our wish list. They presented different design and material options to us and guided us to select the design that we like. The renovation took about 3 months to complete and we were very pleased with the end result. During the renovation, their coordinator kept us updated with their progress and schedule without the need of me calling them. And whenever I call or e-mail them with questions concerning the project, they would respond to me right away. We are considering to renovate our basement later on and we would definitely rehire BKDP for their service without hesitation.”

“After removing the wall between our kitchen and living/dining room, I was overwhelmed with all the design and decorating decisions to be made. Janet helped enormously giving me great insight, helping with the details and giving alternatives I had never thought about. She helped with lighting choices, floor finishes, tiles and colour schemes by offering many choices and giving guidance for the final decision. Janet also let me know good places to shop to stay within my budget. Thanks Janet, I could not have done it without you”
