“Paul and Michael are the best, simply the best! Dedicated, competent, kind, patient beyond belief, witty, and talented. I've worked with them on three projects and we're midway through the fourth, a whole house remodel of a lake property. I always start out with strong opinions and vague ideas, unable to imagine what I want, but by the end of the process it is perfect. They are highly professional, creative, and at the same time down-to-earth. Most of all, fun to work with!”

“My husband and I have been working with Joan Lombardi on different projects since 2004 to present. She has a background in interior and architectural design. Her eye for color is phenomenal. She designed and chose the color wave for a beautiful area rug in our den. Joan drew up plans for our new bathroom/bedroom suite and also drew renderings of original pieces of furniture for our den and bedroom. She is extremely talented and works within a budget. Joan does an excellent job and a pleasure to work with.”

“Elizabeth was a perfect person for our project: to turn a half bath into a full bath for guests. Elizabeth is a woman who has vision ,pays very close attention to detail and is able think outside the box . In addition to this , Elizabeth listens to the needs of the client, Focusing on the clients style , But uses her expertise to collaborate a beautiful finished product . She was able to put everything on paper accurately and timely from the measurements and a design for a contractor to give us a bid. The results were fantastic , and we are very satisfied customers . “We did a complete kitchen update makeover. Never having used a professional design consultant my first concern was adding even more cost to a the biggest project we’d yet attempted. The concern was unfounded. Gina, of GMF Design, saved us well beyond her fee. My next concern was whether our personal style and desires would be lost in the process. Again, unfounded. Although Gina has years of experience in design, including taking a project from start to finish without customer input, she was from our first meeting highly interested in us personally. My husband and I are pretty hands on people (understatement). Gina worked with us every step of the way, refining and guiding the materials and contractor selections with us rather than for us. Gina held the contractors to schedules and outcomes so no need for us to develop ulcers, and was with us every time a contractor was working. We really became a collaborative team. And to top it off we came in so close to original budget it was impressive. Gina brings a rare combination of warmth and professionalism every step of the way. The kitchen is so much better than anything we’d have done by ourselves.”

“As new residents to Denver, Cassidy did a fantastic job of helping us navigate a multitude of options as we finally created the rooftop deck we'd always wanted. The challenge was, we have to move often for work so Cassidy delivered perfectly on our need for a space that was beautiful and functional, but could also fit into our next house if need be. We've subsequently moved to the midwest and all her elements look fantastic on our new deck! She was very easy to work with and is a whiz at finding items that met our style and budget. Highly recommended.”
