“I would highly recommend Design for Conscious Living. I wanted to spice up my drab apartment and decided that I needed professional help, so I hired Celia. I was initially impressed by her professionalism and soon learned that she also has a sense of humour, which was useful when she worked with me to accommodate my somewhat eclectic tastes, The results were beyond my expectations. Even simple things she suggested completely changed the feel of an area. Her use of colour and her ability to utilize space transformed my normal dull apartment into a vibrant living space, on which I have since received numerous compliments from friends. She was a pleasure to work with, and I would not hesitate to hire her again.”

“Over the course of the Spring of 2013, Revi Mula of Monaco Interiors helped us to design and renovate our basement. Revi was very easy to work with, very professional, and was a good listener. I had strong ideas of my own, and Revi was willing to incorporate them into the overall design of our space. At each phase of construction, Revi would create her drawings and then consult with us about them. We had a large, unfinished and open space, to start with. Revi hired only the best, most highly-skilled tradesmen to do everything for us, from the ductwork to the framing, drywalling and painting, electrical work, flooring, and everything in between. Revi cares about her firm's reputation and she will only work with people who are honest, hardworking and trustworthy and who do the job properly, and in a timely manner. The work space was kept clean, which mattered to us. We ended up with a very pleasing design for a practical work/play area that feels spacious and bright, yet uses every inch of space in a functional way. We now have an extra 3-piece bath, a closet below stairs, a walk-in pantry, a work/studio area, a beautiful seating/sleeping area with gas fireplace, book shelves and big-screen tv, and a games area as well as a new furnace room. Revi respected our budget and found us beautiful materials and furnishings that suited our style. Her tradespeople are very conscientious and and clearly have a good working relationship with Revi. She oversaw the work and made home visits at regular intervals for consultations and to check on the work. She maintains the highest standards for workmanship and final product, and any small problems were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Revi returned my phone calls and emails promptly, so our communication was excellent. I know that if you want good results, you have to work with people who take real pride in their work, and that's exactly what you get with Monaco Interiors. I would not hesitate to give Monaco Interiors the highest recommendation and have already referred them to some friends. We had a wonderful experience with Monaco Interiors and I would be delighted to work with them in future, should we need any more work done.”

“I have been working with Francesca Design for a few years and on a variety of projects. Just recently we just collaborated on a complicated full house renovation. The project was quite extensive and multi-faceted. Francesca provided all the design and decorating recommendations and the project turned out fantastic and the client was thrilled with the result. She has a keen eye for design & the clients trust her completely with all her suggestions. Everything she suggests ends up looking fabulous and customers leave incredibly happy & glad they chose such a knowledgeable interior designer. I look forward to working with her every time since the project always runs smoothly and efficiently.”

Irene always delights us with her profound knowledge in decorating our homes, giving good advice in lighting, choosing paint palette, fabrics, window dressings and essential how-tos to pull it off in our own way. “I hired Hillcrest Design to design and oversee a desperately needed kitchen renovation in my almost century old semi-detached house. Seven years later people come into my home and compliment the fabulous design and interesting details that still look current and beautiful. My tiny budget was respected and every dollar used creatively. Eve's attention to detail is fantastic and I would without reservation recommend her. The project went smoothly and quickly even when it grew to include a hallway and bathroom reno as well.”
