Gail Gross, the owner and proprietor, creates a focused environment by discussiion and interpretation of the client's perceptions and desires. Gail is particularly good at matching desires with deliverables. She has a unique way of probing and interpreting the client's goals and aspirations and interpreting them into expected deliverables. Experience in lighting design, fabrics, as well as an educator in interior design. Receptive to client input and also provides pointed feedback. Easy to work with, and professional business acumen. She has been instrumental in helping to develop a plan for encompassing my wishes in the overall remodel of my Center City condominium. She facilitates a customer focused implementation plan which could be immediate, or accomplished over time. Gail will not disappoint.”

“We have worked with Penelope Daborn Ltd. on several occasions. We are always pleased with the results. Penny has helped in choosing colors, fabrics and drapes. We recently built a new porch and we had seen a sofa we liked in a magazine. Penny helped to design the piece to be built. In addition she helped with the spatial arrangement of the room, the selection of fabric and window coverings and additional furnishings. We originally worked with Penelope Daborn Ltd. 7 years ago when we moved to a new house. We always come back for her expert eye, wealth of knowledge and the top notch coordination in making the arrangements for acquiring what we need.”

“Karen is a top notch professional! She has an amazing sense of evaluating a space and knowing just what will work there. She has a natural sense of color and style. Karen is very attentive to details and always listens to what the client would like to accomplish and is very sensitive to budget. If you don't have a clear pitcher of what you end game is she will walk you through some design ideas and let you decide what works best for you. She is a creative genius quite frankly and a pleasure to work with. Very honest and genuine which is rare these days. I would highly recommend calling her for a consultation...you won't be disappointed !!!!!!!!!”

“We had the good fortune of finding Marlon Mullon to do redesign work on our house. It was a unit of 15 years which we wished to modernize and upgrade. We gave Marlon basic parameters which he skillfully used to create a living space that beautifully reflected what we were looking for. His knowledge of materials blended easily together. His many solutions did well in bringing the finished unit together. We quickly learned that he was flexible and innovative so that the completed project fulfilled our desires of mixing old and new, functionality and harmony. His understanding of design and style is excellent. Marlon was a pleasure to work with and we recommend him easily.”
