“a la carte Design assisted us with updating the furnishings in our great room. We had a very clear vision of what we wanted and a specific budget. Jeane was instrumental in helping us find the perfect pieces of furniture for our living space within our budget. She was very accommodating with our time constraints. Jeane also helped with interior and exterior paint selection for our home. Color is such an important component in making a home come "alive". Jeane has a wonderful eye for color and design.”

“We are working with Andrea on our new home. We have been very pleased working with her. While her designs are beautiful and unique, she is also great at working to customize designs to end on compromises between my husband and myself. We were initially overwhelmed with the process of hiring a designer, but Andrea quickly set us at ease. She also was completely willing to accommodate our desire to break the process down into many small projects--which is exactly what we needed! We would highly recommend her services!”

“Gabriela went way beyond the call of duty to help my husband and I pull together the remodel/interior design of my home in 2 months. I had a contractor but we needed help to choose tile, paint, draperies, faucets, tub, lighting fixtures and more. She also gave us contact information to find a great electrician to install new lighting fixtures - sconces, chandeliers, and many recessed lights to brighten up a dark home. We met at stores and showrooms. Gabriela met our deadline, gave us suggestions but is a great listener and always supported our decisions.”

“It has been a delight to work with Angela Ireland! She has impeccable taste and makes the whole process painless. Angela has worked on two projects for us--one on a shoe-string budget and one larger project. In both cases, she was mindful of our budget and our needs. She not only designs a space, but she literally places each item perfectly (this includes hanging large and awkward pieces on the wall!). She is so very talented and has a gift for transforming spaces to make them beautiful, special, and functional. I give her my highest recommendation.”

“I contracted with Inside Stories to help decorate several spaces in our new house. I wanted to add character, improve functionality and bring in the wow factor. I didn't want a showpiece that wasn't us though. Brandy and Megan were wonderful and a lot of fun! They toured our home to get a sense of our style, worked with my Houzz ideabooks, pics and Pins to develop a cohesive decorating plan for our home. Using the services of Inside a stories, we can take some time to implement their ideas. We weren't tied to doing it all at once or doing everything suggested. I am extremely glad I selected to work with Brandy and Megan of Indide Stories and would unequivocally recommend them.”

“Red Chair Designs had helped me in the past to make design choices for my home. But when I embarked on the process of building a new house, I absolutely could not have done it without Red Chair. Designer Roxann Lloyd steered me through every step of the process--from initial meetings with the architect to making kitchen cabinetry and appliance choices to coordinating carpet and paint colors. Teri Ladtkow has done the window coverings in two of my homes. She offered the perfect suggestions (in some cases, introducing me to products I wasn't even aware of). Teri did so well at keeping my budget and other design choices in mind. The window coverings are beautiful, providing just the right complement in each room. People who come to my home immediately remark on its light, warmth and design!”

“My husband and I bought our first home last February and had to furnish the entire thing on a budget. Hope was incredible and inspiring with her own vision while also taking ours into account. It made the project not only less overwhelming but FUN. She has a great sense for which pieces you should spend more money on and where you can get away with spending less. She is extraordinarily creative and offered the perfect amount of conviction and confidence when I needed it to pull the trigger on bigger items or concepts. She is talented and patient, her response time is amazing and whether what you're working on is big or small, she makes you feel like a priority. We tackled different projects over time and I appreciated being able to space it out like that. She was great at managing the needs and expectations of both my husband and myself (since sometimes they differed.) She is organized, passionate about design and professional. I trust her taste and that she has our best interest at heart. It is an absolute pleasure to work with her and I know we will for years to come as our home and family and needs change. She helped make this house we own our home. I would recommend her services to anyone.”
