“IND created a closet for stackable laundry units in our house, which required the removal of a window, patching the exterior and interior of the wall, running water/gas/electrical lines, and generally trying to match the look of rest of the house. Overall, the work was done well, and we're satisfied with the results! We passed all city inspections. We ran into some hiccups along the way with cleanliness and timeliness, which had us legitimately concerned. Our project ran 2 weeks over the originally proposed schedule. However, the reason I'm leaving a 5-star review is because Erez was open to all communication and addressed our issues. He was always prompt to respond to texts and emails. We feel the human-to-human interaction is an invaluable part of the process... for this, we would work with Erez and his team again in the future.”
